Musings On Life & Experience by P.S. Joshi

My children have wanted me to write about our life in India.  I thought this blog would be a good place to start.  I have only recently began writing and greatly enjoy it.  I’ve met many great people in India and made some very good friends.

Anything that I write that speaks of the need for change has already been said and written about by many Indians.  Many people here are  concerned about and working for social change.  They are especially concerned about the plight of the poor and vulnerable.  I fully realize that conditions in my own country of the U.S. are far from perfect.  People are working hard for change there also.

As a former teacher of young chiIdren, I truly believe that we must all try to understand and respect each other’s beliefs and work for better education for all children.  The best education brings about the best changes and respect for others. May God, as each of us understands Him, bless you all.  P.S. Joshi

    • Thank you Kingsley for the honor but I’m unable to accept at this time. Thank you anyway. I don’t know 11 other people well enough to ask them questions. I appreciate your kindness. 🙂

    • Thanks so much Seumas for nominating me for the “A Tour Through Blogland Awards”. I’ll accept and try to find a place for it on my little blog even if I have to squeeze. When you nominate someone it’s such an honor how can they refuse. 🙂 — Suzanne

    • Thanks, Susan. I really appreciate you nominating me for the award. However, I’ve suffered health problems recently and spent some time in the hospital. I’m still on medication and can’t take on any extra work at present. I tire easily. Also, I don’t have much room on my blog for awards. It’s a free blog and doesn’t have room at the side for awards, and extras. Thank you anyway. Congratulations on your winning of The Seal Of Approval Blogger Recognition Award. You have a great blog which I enjoy reading. 🙂 — Suzanne

      • I’m so sorry that you are having health issues. I completely understand. You have just been a great mentor to me and I appreciate that. Take care of yourself and let me know if there is anything I can do to help. 🙂

      • Thanks, Susan. How very kind of you. I’m so glad if I’ve helped you in any way. The one sure sign I’m healing is that I have an appetite again. I have to stay away from two of the things I love, coffee and chocolate. I have a problem with anything acidic. I’m still dosing with antacid. At least I don’t have an ulcer, just an acid system. Thanks so much for your concern. 🙂 — Suzanne
